Vendor Terms

Listings & verification

Vendors must hold the Florida licenses their category requires, maintain insurance, and keep both current. A verified badge displays only while verification is current, and may be removed without refund if a license lapses, insurance expires, or information proves inaccurate.

Founding Partners

Founding Partner pricing is $299/mo locked for 12 months from the date the verified profile goes live, for the first 15 partners, capped at 2 partners per category per county. Founding pricing applies to Premium features as described on the For Vendors page.

Leads

When pay-per-lead opens: a request is sent to at most 3 vendors; a lead is charged ($150–$500 by category) only when the vendor accepts it and contact details are revealed.

Attorneys

Attorney listings are flat-fee advertising only. Nothing on this site creates a lawyer referral service, and no fee is charged or shared in connection with legal engagements.

Reviews

Vendors may not post, purchase or incentivize reviews. Verified reviews are tied to matched quote requests.
