About — Trust & Vetting

We are not a generic condo vendor directory. We are the compliance-and-repair specialist for South Florida: every page answers what your building needs, by when, who can do it, and how you pay for it.

How vendors are vetted

1. Florida license verified against DBPR / MyFloridaLicense records, with the license number shown on the profile.
2. Insurance on file — current certificates collected and tracked; an expired policy removes the verified badge.
3. Business registration confirmed on Sunbiz.
4. Reviews are verified — tied to buildings that actually received a matched quote request (review engine launches with quote matching).

How matching works — and how we make money

At launch, a quote request is sent to at most 3 active, verified vendors in the right category and county, prioritized by tier, then responsiveness. Vendors pay for listings and, when lead sales open, per accepted lead. Boards and managers never pay to use this site. Attorney listings are flat-fee advertising only — this is not a lawyer referral service.

What we will not do

We do not publish unverified claims about specific buildings, invented vendors, or fake reviews. A category with no verified vendor yet says so.
