Pay-per-lead: when lead sales open, a lead is charged only when you accept it — $150–$500 per accepted lead depending on category — and a request is never sent to more than 3 vendors.
Attorneys: attorney listings are flat-fee advertising only. This site is not a lawyer referral service and charges no referral fees on legal work.
How vetting works
1. License check
Your Florida license is verified against state (DBPR / MyFloridaLicense) records before your badge shows.
2. Insurance on file
Current certificates are collected and tracked for expiry. Expired insurance removes the verified badge.
3. Business registration
Active Florida business registration (Sunbiz) confirmed for every listed company.

We verify
Your Florida license is checked against DBPR / MyFloridaLicense records, your insurance certificate is collected and checked, and your Sunbiz registration is confirmed. If something is missing, you get one clear email listing exactly what we need.

Once verified, you receive a secure payment link by email for your tier (Founding Partner: $299/mo locked for 12 months). Pay it when ready — your verified profile goes live and your 12-month lock starts on that date, not before.

Exactly what do I get as a Founding Partner?
Premium placement in your category and county (top of the list boards see), a full verified profile with your license number displayed, eligibility for matched board quote requests, and homepage feature rotation — at $299/mo locked for 12 months, even when standard Premium pricing ($500–$1,000/mo) applies to everyone else. Max 2 partners per category per county, so your placement is never diluted by a crowd.
When do leads start?
Quote matching opens at launch, after the first verified partners are live in each category. Boards arrive through the free Compliance Checker, the county and category pages, and direct outreach to associations and managers. We will email partners a plain status note as matching opens in their category — and Founding pricing does not start until your verified profile is live.
How are leads capped at 3?
A board's request is matched only to vendors in the right category AND county, in tier order. It stops at 3 vendors — hard cap, in the matching rules, not a marketing promise. When pay-per-lead opens, you are charged ($150–$500 by category) only when you accept a lead and reveal the contact details; declining costs nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month after any initial term stated at checkout; cancel from your account or by replying to any billing email — no retention call, no exit interview. The Founding lock protects YOUR price for 12 months; it does not lock you in.
How does verification work?
Three checks, all done by our team from public records and documents you provide: (1) Florida license verified against DBPR / MyFloridaLicense; (2) current insurance certificate on file, tracked for expiry; (3) active Sunbiz business registration. Your badge shows only while all three are current. If a check fails, you get one email saying exactly what to fix — most issues are an expired certificate or a license number typo.
Why is a lead capped at 3 vendors?
Because boards asked for it and pros close more of them. A capped, category-and-county-matched request converts better than a lead sold to a dozen callers.
What categories pay best here?
Concrete restoration, special-assessment financing and condo attorneys see the largest project values, followed by milestone engineers and SIRS firms.
Can I list before launch?
Yes — that is the entire point of the Founding Partner window. Apply online now; verification runs before launch so the directory opens with real, checked pros in every category.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. There is no sales call in this process — not before, during or after signup. Everything on this page, the walkthrough video at launch, and email support are the whole funnel, by design.
